About Project
A redesigned patient experience was developed for Bimzelx, focused on simplifying the interface and improving accessibility. By introducing a scalable, component-based design system, the project enhanced both user engagement and internal production efficiency.
The previous experience created friction for patients, with dense content, complex navigation, and inconsistent patterns limiting engagement. Additionally, production workflows were slow and difficult to scale. The challenge was to simplify the UX to drive patient activity while building a system that reduced design and development time.
The redesigned experience increased patient engagement by making key information easier to find and actions more intuitive. The new component design system streamlined production, enabling faster updates and consistency across the site—while the simplified UX helped drive more patient interaction and conversions.
