Overview

The iCVA results experience was redesigned to modernize navigation and improve how complex patient data is accessed and understood. The update introduces a more familiar top and bottom navigation structure, paired with refined interactions to create a smoother, more intuitive user journey.

The Challenge

The existing left-side navigation felt outdated and limited scalability as more data and features were introduced. The challenge was to transition to a more conventional layout without disrupting user workflows, while also introducing new interaction patterns that make navigating dense clinical information faster, clearer, and more efficient.

Outcome

The redesigned experience delivers a cleaner, more flexible interface that aligns with modern UX standards. The new navigation system improves discoverability and flow, while enhanced interactions simplify how users explore results—creating a more intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly product experience.
